Canyon Creek ranches from the sixties and seventies stored a lifetime in two bays: holiday bins, a dead freezer, the bike no one rode after 1998, a workbench that became a shelf. The car has been living on the driveway for years. Empty the bays, sweep what was worked, and the garage gets to be a garage again.
The Telecom Corridor along U.S. 75 is a different animal. Corporate apartments, mid-rise rentals, and the turnover that hits every May and August around UT Dallas. A patio sofa, a broken dresser, and three bags of leftover kitchen do not wait politely for a city request line. Stairs and long corridor carries belong on the range, not as a surprise after the elevator reservation.
Brick Row and the Galatyn Park streets around the Eisemann Center are mixed-use in the actual sense: townhomes with visitor parking, HOAs that will not allow a dumpster, alleys that look wider on the map than they feel with a trailer. Load from the street. Keep the visit short. If it is a special-event night near Galatyn, pick another window.
Berkner, Yale Park, and Richardson Heights sit on the older east and south, closer to Garland. Alleys are common. If the alley is the honest access, say so — low wires, a tight turn, a neighbor’s boat. Weekday mornings are kinder than weekend street parking by Cottonwood Creek.
Canyon Creek north and a little west is trees, cul-de-sacs, and garages that were never meant to be storage units. The country-club side is particular about what sits at the curb. A crew that comes, loads, and is gone before lunch fits that temperament better than a roll-off that becomes part of the landscape.

FAQ
- How much is a garage cleanout in Richardson?
- Most land between a quarter and a half load if we can walk a path and the pile is household. A packed two-car that has not been opened in years can reach three-quarters or a full trailer. Bid is in the driveway. $150 minimum. Full 14-yard is $770 where this crew is live.
- Apartments near Campbell and Plano Road?
- Yes. Parking, stairs, fob. Corridor carries and third-floor walk-ups belong on the range so they are not a surprise in the breezeway.
- Will my HOA let a dumpster sit?
- Many will not, which is why people book a trailer. Short-term loading in a driveway or on the street is the usual path at Brick Row, Canyon Creek, and the townhome streets.
- UT Dallas move-out week?
- May and August stack. Book early in the week if the lease ends Saturday. A mattress and a broken desk on Rutford is often a minimum or a quarter. High-rises that want a COI and a four-hour elevator window — say the building rules up front.
